    Accommodations

    Service Animals

We are sorry, but park rules state that "Pets are not permitted within buildings or other enclosed structures on site. Only seeing-eye dogs are permitted in overnight facilities or near swimming areas. Pet owners are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets. Dogs and other pets are not allowed to run freely on park property."

    Travel
We provide bedding for those staying in the dorms who are flying in or coming by other public transportation ONLY. If driving, we must ask you to bring your own sleeping bag, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.

    Food

Three meals a day, plus always-available snacks and beverages, will be served at the gathering. Vegetarian options will be available at each meal but please note that dairy products and eggs will often be used even in vegetarian dishes. We will do our best to have some vegan and gluten-free choices available at each meal, but are not able to produce full vegan or gluten-free meals.

If you have dietary needs that our menu can't accommodate, there are several grocery stores and restaurants near the camp where you can purchase food that meets your requirements. Refrigerator space will be available to those bringing their own food, but kitchen space is limited so please keep that in mind if preparing your own meals. We recommend ready-to-eat or microwaveable meals if you are providing your own food.

For GCG 2022, we will be using disposables (plates, bowls, cups, etc.) as much as possible for safety.
Please let us know in the comments below of any severe food allergies you may have. Also, please be aware that our utensils and appliances (e.g., toasters, etc.) will have at some point been in contact with gluten-containing products.
