2025 Menu

As noted on the home page, vegetarian options and some non-dairy/egg and gluten-free choices will be available at each meal, but we are not able to produce full vegan or gluten-free meals.

If your dietary needs or preferences are substantially different from what is offered, you may wish to bring some or all of your own food or to dine offsite. Mandeville and Madisonville have numerous restaurants and grocery stores. For those bringing their own food, we have ample refrigerator and freezer space in the camp kitchen, and you may use our small appliances (toasters, microwave ovens, etc.), but because of space and time limitations we cannot offer use of the kitchen itself for individual meals. We recommend ready-to-eat or microwaveable products if you're providing your own food. (Please note, we cannot guarantee that appliances or utensils have never been in contact with products containing gluten.)

Please note: vegan/vegetarian options are available for all entrees, but quantities are limited.

If you signed up for an omnivore menu, please refrain from taking anything labeled specifically vegan/vegetarian until all those who need those options have eaten!
