2021 Menu
As noted on the home page, vegetarian options and some non-dairy/egg and gluten-free choices will be available at each meal, but we are not able to produce full vegan or gluten-free meals.
If your dietary needs or preferences are substantially different from what is offered, you may wish to bring some or all of your own food or to dine offsite. There are a number of food stores and restaurants reasonably close to camp in Mandeville, Lacombe, and Covington; we have ample refrigerator and freezer space in the camp kitchen, and you may use our small appliances (toasters, microwave ovens, etc.), but because of space and time limitations we cannot offer use of the kitchen itself for individual meals. We recommend ready-to-eat or microwaveable products if you're providing your own food. (Please note, we cannot guarantee appliances or utensils have never been in contact with gluten-containing products.)

Here's our current plan. Please understand if circumstances force minor changes, but this will be pretty close. The same great Cajun cooks who've fed us so well for the past five years will be preparing food for us again this year!
