Driving
Flying or other public transportation
We provide bedding for those flying in or coming by other public transportation ONLY.
If driving, we must ask you to bring your own sleeping bag, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc., and if you have room, please consider bringing extra to help out any who cannot bring their own.
Food
Three meals a day, plus always-available snacks and beverages, will be served at the gathering.
Vegetarian options will be available at each meal but please note that dairy products and eggs will often be used even in vegetarian dishes.
We will do our best to have some vegan and gluten-free choices available at each meal, but are not able to produce full vegan or gluten-free meals.
If you have dietary needs that our menu can't accommodate, there are several grocery stores and restaurants near the camp where you can purchase food that meets your requirements. Refrigerator space will be available to those bringing their own food, but kitchen space is limited so please keep that in mind if preparing your own meals. We recommend ready-to-eat or microwaveable meals if you are providing your own food.
