Pets and Service Animals

At Fontainebleau, pets, except for service animals, are prohibited in all group camps, other enclosed structures, swimming areas, and cabins not designated as dog friendly. Dogs and other pets are not allowed to run freely on park property. For more information on pet restrictions, please call 985-624-4443 or 888-677-3668 or email [email protected].

Only seeing-eye dogs are permitted in overnight facilities or near swimming areas.

Driving Flying or other public transportation

We provide bedding for those staying in the dorms who are flying in or coming by other public transportation ONLY. If driving, please bring your own sleeping bag, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.

Everyone, please review Things to Bring. Remember to bring bath towels and toiletries!

Food

Three meals a day, plus always-available snacks and beverages, will be served at the gathering. Vegetarian options are available at each meal but please note that dairy products and eggs will often be used even in vegetarian dishes. Some vegan and gluten-free choices are available at each meal, but we cannot produce full vegan or gluten-free meals.

If you have dietary needs that our menu can't accommodate, we recommend bringing food that meets your requirements. Refrigerator/freezer space and microwave ovens are available to those bringing their own food, but kitchen space is too limited to allow individuals to cook their meals. Please bring only ready-to-eat and microwaveable foods.
