2019 Registration Form
Gulf Coast Gathering is a camp for OBOD members and their families and friends. If you are not an OBOD member but have a friend or relative who is an OBOD member and who will sponsor you for this gathering, please list their name, relationship to you, and contact information in the Comments box at the bottom of this page.

Bedding will be provided for those flying in or coming by other public transportation ONLY
. If driving, we must ask you to bring your own sleeping bag, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc., and if you have room, please consider bringing extra to help out those who cannot bring their own.
Three meals a day will be served at the gathering.
Vegetarian options will be available at each meal but please note that dairy products and eggs will often be used even in vegetarian dishes. We will do our best to have some non-dairy/egg and gluten-free choices available, but will not be able to produce full vegan or gluten-free meals. If you have food concerns, there are several markets and restaurants near the camp where you can purchase food that meets your requirements. Refrigerator space will be available to those bringing their own food, but kitchen space is limited so please keep that in mind if preparing your own meals.

To complete your registration and pay via PayPal, please click the "Donate" button on the confirmation page that will appear when you submit this form. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at registration, with the balance due by January 15, 2019.
